Overview

Katya El Tayeb is a litigation law clerk based in the Firm's New York office. Katya's practice focuses on complex disputes in U.S. federal courts. She has particular experience in antitrust matters, including complex litigation, antitrust class actions, government investigations, and related counseling. Katya also has significant experience on international litigations involving issues of foreign sovereign immunity and extraterritorial application of U.S. law.  

Katya attended the University of Chicago Law School as the Earl B. Dickerson Scholarship Recipient and graduated with Pro Bono Honors. Katya was also a member of the University of Chicago Global Human Rights Clinic, where she worked with clients on international and domestic disputes and advocacy efforts.
